Purpose: Identify barriers to differentiation and strengthen understanding of various models of differentiation.

1) Work Plan Overview

b. March 26 - Start mapping ideal process – Stuart lead
c. April 9 - Refine differentiation process map
d. April 23 - Refine differentiation process map and create metrics
e. May 7 – optional day - - we will meet if we need to complete work
